A JUDGMENT-FREE CORNER OF THE INTERNET

Your brain isn’t broken.
Life is just…a lot.

Pull up a chair. Table Talk is where ADHD, burnout, relationships, identity and change get discussed like real life—not like a motivational poster written by someone who has never lost their phone while holding it.

Your brain said “nah”?

The fill-in 10-Minute Get Unstuck Reset helps you name the task, make it smaller and begin. Use it on your phone or print it. No perfect planner required.

Start where you are

More than coaching.
It’s a place to exhale.

Some days you need to understand your brain. Some days you need a plan. And some days you just need someone to say, “Yep, that makes sense.”

The Reset Room

A live virtual body-doubling session for ADHD brains stuck in “I know what I need to do, but my brain said nah” mode.

Want the next session date? Send me a note and I’ll reply with availability and how to reserve a spot.

What can we talk about?

Support that sounds
like an actual person.

You do not have to arrive with a five-year plan. “I know something needs to change, but I have no idea where to start” is a perfectly acceptable starting point.

Your brain said “nah”

ADHD, executive functioning, time blindness, task paralysis and building systems your brain will actually use.

Running on fumes

Burnout recovery, emotional regulation, stress and learning to stop treating rest like something you have to earn.

“What did you mean by that?”

Dating, communication, friendships, marriage and learning to say what you need without writing a courtroom closing argument first.

Who even am I now?

Identity, motivation, life purpose, career transitions and navigating the weird in-between of who you were and who you are becoming.

Choose your level of support

No mystery packages.
No pressure.

Coaching happens virtually through Google Meet, Discord or Facebook—whichever feels easiest. Flexible scheduling is available because life does, in fact, keep life-ing.

ONE CONVERSATION

Pay As You Go

For the moment when you need help untangling one issue, making one decision or getting moving again.

  • One 60-minute session
  • A focused next-step plan
  • No long-term commitment

Meet your coach

An ADHD coach who also has ADHD.

I’m Vivian—a coach, behavioral-health leader and person who knows what it feels like to have full cognitive awareness of what needs to happen while your brain is still like, “That’s cute. No.”

I bring more than 20 years of behavioral-health experience, over 1,300 hours of coaching, lived experience and a style that is honest, practical, compassionate and occasionally sarcastic.

I created Table Talk because people deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard and accepted—and where change can start without shame.
